Travel: the salon needs two trips through the rain, while outcall needs none on your side. Setting: a salon room is ready and warm; your room is whatever you make of it. Timing: a salon may have a free slot right now, while outcall runs to a window of forty to sixty minutes. Format: full contact oil work wants privacy and time, which your own room gives.
Neither choice is wrong. On a dry evening with time to spare, the stroll to a salon may even be part of the pleasure. When it has been raining since lunch, staying put tends to win.
